Rejuven8 Health Club

Rejuven8 Health Club

Rejuven8 Health Club is a modern new gym in a brand-new building complex on the Caracasbaai. One of the first things you’ll probably notice is the convenient on-site parking that comes with the complex. Take the stairs up to the second floor and you’ll find a crisp, clean, well-organized gym filled with new brand machines, rows of free weights, and a long line of cardio equipment facing massive floor-to-ceiling picture windows for a fun view while you train. Everything is laid out in a very logical order, so even on your first visit it’s easy to jump straight into your regular routine. The big added attraction - and what really makes this gym unique - is the huge outdoor workout area on the top floor. Up here you’ll find a wide-open astroturf space for classes or kicking and throwing a ball around, heavy bags strung from the ceiling in one corner, and a boxing ring in another - both nicely covered from the sun. There are also dumbbells, free weights, and specialized equipment geared toward fight training on the rooftop. The gym offers boxing and Pilates classes, and has a chiropractor and massage therapist on staff, which makes it feel more like a well-rounded wellness space than just a gym.
Beside the front desk is a counter serving smoothies, workout-style beverages and supplements, along with a small, relaxed seating area that’s nice for a quick catch-up before or after training. The restrooms are crisp and clean, and there’s a simple bring-your-own-lock locker area.
Rejuven8 is a limited-membership gym set in an up-casual, professional environment that balances well the needs of focused lifters, cardio enthusiasts, ring-sport curious guests, and anyone looking for the fun change of pace that the outdoor section provides.

Foundation Tri-Curacao

Foundation Tri-Curacao

Foundation Tri Curaçao develops swimming, running and triathlon on the island through training programs and organized events. Adults can join triathlon training and masters swimming, while younger athletes are introduced to endurance sports through youth aquathlon, a race format that combines running and swimming without the need for a bicycle. Youth development is a big part of the foundation’s work. Its aquathlon series gives athletes between 9 and 17 years old the chance to race individually while also collecting points for their school or athletics team. The current race format consists of a 1 kilometer run, a 100 meter swim and another 1 kilometer run, with individual, school and team champions recognized at the end of the series. The foundation also works with community partners such as FDDK, C3 and Ronald McDonald House Charities Curaçao. Alongside training and competition, its running and swimming experiences use Curaçao’s coastline and lesser known routes to help residents and visiting athletes see a different side of the island. Details We Appreciate • Starting with the next generation: Youth aquathlon gives young swimmers and runners an accessible introduction to multisport. • Racing for more than yourself: Participants can collect points for their school, athletics team and island. • Programs beyond race day: Adult triathlon training and masters swimming offer ways to keep developing throughout the year. • Strong community connections: Partnerships bring endurance sports together with schools, local organizations and charitable causes.
