The grounds are lush and well-kept, with one of the largest pools on the island as the central hangout spot. Unit F2 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with clean lines, island-style furnishings, and a breezy, comfortable feel. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in lots of natural light, and the private terrace is a great place to catch the ocean breeze. The open living space and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to settle in whether you’re staying in or hosting friends for dinner. And the sunsets? Pretty cinematic. 2. Kitchen F2

The kitchen is open to the living area, making it easy to stay connected while cooking or entertaining. There’s counter seating for four, and a full dining table is just outside on the deck for meals al fresco. You’ll find: * Plates, glasses, and silverware for 8 guests * A full set of basic cookware: pots, pans, serving utensils, knives, and cutting boards * Appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a dishwasher to make cleanup easy The stovetop takes a minute to get used to, so we’ve included a quick instruction guide (and a short video) to help. Pantry & Laundry Area Just off the kitchen is a small pantry with: * A washer and dryer * Basic cleaning supplies: mop, broom, dustpan, and cleaning liquids * You should have everything you need for a comfortable stay and a few home-cooked meals if you feel inspired.

3. Living Room F2

The living room is bright and cheerful, with a large sliding door that opens out onto the deck for that indoor-outdoor feel. * There’s a Smart TV that’s simple to use (see the TV instructions if needed). * The sofa pulls out into a bed, and you’ll find the extra linen and bedding in the hallway cupboard. * The room has both sheer curtains (perfect for softening the late-day sun) and blackout curtains if you’re using the space for sleeping. It’s a cozy, flexible space whether you’re relaxing, watching a movie, or hosting extra guests.

4. Primary Bedroom F2

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and large sliding doors that open out to the deck, bringing in lots of natural light. * A walk-in closet offers plenty of space to unpack and stay organized especially useful for longer stays. * The room has its own en suite bathroom with a shower. * Sheer and blackout curtains let you control the light for a bright morning or a restful sleep. Comfortable, spacious, and set up to feel like your own private retreat.

5. Secondary Bedroom F2

The second bedroom is simple and holiday-sized, with a double bed and everything you need to feel comfortable. There’s a spacious closet that holds quite a bit using it to stay organized helps the room feel more open. A large sliding glass door opens directly onto the patio, bringing in natural light and easy outdoor access. The second bathroom is located just across the hall.

6. Primary Bathroom F2

The primary bedroom includes a spacious en suite bathroom with a comfortably large shower and a sink area with plenty of counter space for getting ready. * A 220V hairdryer is provided. * You’ll find a selection of towels in various sizes for both showering and pool use. (Additional towels are stored in the walk-in closet and/or hallway cupboards.) We also provide shower soap, shampoo, and conditioner so you can travel a little lighter.

7. Secondary Bathroom F2

The second bathroom serves both the guest bedroom and any visiting guests. It’s a comfortable size and includes a walk-in shower. * Towels in assorted sizes are laid out for your use. * We also provide shower soap, shampoo, and conditioner, so you don’t need to pack your own. Clean, simple, and guest-ready.

8. The Balcony F2

The deck is set up for both relaxing and dining, with chairs perfect for reading and a large dining table for enjoying meals outdoors. It faces due south, and on a clear day, you can sometimes spot the shore of Venezuela in the distance. This is one of the best places to enjoy sunsets or watch the boats and marine traffic passing through. Looking out from the balcony, you'll see: * The Marriott Beach Resort * Dreams Curaçao * Zoëtry Curaçao Resort & Spa * Pirate Bay Beach, a popular spot with four restaurants, all listed in the Otra Guide * The more local and relaxed Playa Parasasa beach * A beautiful walking path along the coast, very popular with locals and visitors alike * All of this is within walking distance or a two-minute drive from the condo.

9. Swimming Pool F2

The pool here is one of the largest on the island perfect for doing laps or just cooling off. * It’s open to all guests, with no official closing time, but please keep things quiet in the evenings. * No lifeguard is on duty, so swimming is at your own risk. * There’s also a shallow kids' wading pool beside it. * There's kids slide and play area next to the pool Pool chairs and palapas are first come, first served but we’ve never seen a time when there weren’t some available. The sun can be deceptively strong here so we recommend wearing sunscreen, even if it’s overcast. There’s a BBQ and cooking area next to the pool, but it needs to be reserved at least one week in advance, and there is a small fee to use it.

Garden Paths & Local Wildlife F2

The paths between the buildings and down to the pool make for a fun little walk through lush tropical plants. Keep an eye out you’ll almost always spot lizards darting through the greenery. Some are small, some are surprisingly big, but all of them are completely harmless. You’ll also hear and see plenty of brightly colored birds around the property. The small, vibrant ones are sugar-loving birds with yellow bellies and quick, curious energy. They love nectar, sugar water, and the occasional fruit left out by guests. It’s a little nature show right outside your door.

Gym Facilities F2

The gym is easy to find it's in the building near the pool and it’s open to all guests. There are no posted hours, and the door is usually left unlocked. It’s small but bright and cheerful, with: * Free weights (dumbbells from 5 to 45 pounds / ~2.3 to 20.4 kg) * Cardio equipment * A few machines * Ab mats The rooftop area above the gym is a great spot for stretching, skipping, or yoga. Mini-Golf F2

There’s a small mini-putt course on the property that anyone is welcome to use. You’ll find the putters and golf balls inside the gym. It’s just two holes, back and forth but it’s a fun little break between swims or before heading out to one of the island’s three full 18-hole golf courses. Poolside BBQ & Eating Area F2

There’s a kitchen and dining area right next to the pool, available for everyone to enjoy. * If you’d like full use of the facilities (for cooking, BBQs, or gatherings), it must be booked at least one week in advance, as it’s popular for small parties and events. * A booking fee applies when using the kitchen or BBQ equipment. * If you’re just having a quick bite or snack by the pool, no reservation is needed just be sure to clean up after yourself before you leave.
