After stints in world-class restaurants like De Librije (Jonnie Boer), Ron Gastrobar (Ron Blaauw), Joelia (Mario Ridder), and Castell d’Empordà, Willy returned home to showcase the richness of Curaçao’s cuisine on an international level - and to pass that knowledge on to the next generation of island chefs.
