Our kitchen uses an induction cooktop, which heats only when compatible pots or pans are placed on it. It’s fast, efficient, and easy once you get the hang of it!
Use the Right Cookware
Only induction-compatible pots and pans will work.
Look for a flat bottom marked with the induction symbol (⚡ or “induction-ready”).

2. Turn On the Stove
Press and hold the main power button until the display lights up.
3. Choose a Burner (Cooking Zone)
Tap the symbol that matches the burner you want to use.
The display will show which zone is active.
4. Adjust the Heat
Use the “+” and “–” buttons or slider to set your heat level.
Most models go from 1 (low) to 9 (high).
5. Start Cooking
Place your pot or pan in the center of the active burner.
The stove will detect it and begin heating automatically.
6. To Pause or Turn Off a Burner
Tap the pause or stop icon, if available.
Or select the zone and press the "off" button, or lower the heat to 0.
7. Power Off the Cooktop
When you're done, press the main power button again to turn off the stove.
Cleaning & Safety
Let the cooktop cool completely before wiping it down.
Use a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaner.
* Avoid using pans with rough bottoms they can scratch the glass surface.
