This is a combination washer and dryer unit, with controls shown using icons. You can change the display language to English, Dutch, Spanish, French, or Portuguese but the process isn’t very obvious. Here's how to make it easy:

To Change the Language (if needed):
1. Turn the machine ON (press the power button).
2. Look for a button with a globe icon 🌍 or “language” text on the digital panel.
3. Tap or press and hold it to cycle through available languages.
4. Select your language of choice (English is usually the first or default).

To Wash Clothes:
1. Open the detergent drawer (usually found at the top left).
* Add liquid detergent in the section marked with “I” or 🧼.
* Add fabric softener in the section marked with a flower icon 🌸 (optional).

2. Load your clothes into the drum (don’t overload).
3. Close the door firmly until it clicks.
4. Turn the program dial to your desired setting (e.g. cottons, synthetics, delicates).
* You’ll see matching icons on the screen or control panel.
* Most guests use the "Mixed" or "Cotton 40°" setting for everyday clothes.
5. Press Start ▶️

To Dry Clothes (After Washing):
1. After the wash finishes, turn the dial to a drying program (usually marked with a t-shirt icon 👕 or a sun ☀️).
2. Choose your drying level (light, medium, full dry).
3. Press Start ▶️

Tips:
The machine locks automatically during cycles this is normal.
To pause or cancel, hold the stop button or power off and wait for the door to unlock.
* Empty the lint trap if doing multiple drying loads (ask your host if you don’t see it).
