Established in 1988, Bob Esprit is an old school gym built around hardcore training. The expansive facility is packed with machines, free weights and rows of cardio equipment, with plenty to work with for those serious about their fitness.
The stacks of metal set the tone, while trophies and photos of champions line the walls. There’s a drive to the place that encourages you to push toward your goals, with the gym’s history and training culture forming part of the motivation.
