Located on the ground floor of the new Art Hotel, this intimate restaurant takes guests on a culinary journey with a meticulously curated five-course chef’s menu. Each course is thoughtfully crafted, with a story behind the ingredients and the dish often tied to the island’s homegrown flavors. A unique touch is the take-home booklet provided with each course, offering details on the ingredients and inspiration behind the dish.
The restaurant showcases Curaçao’s rich culinary heritage, blending European precision with locally sourced island ingredients. While the food is upscale, the atmosphere remains relaxed island-chic. You can dine indoors or on the terrace overlooking the pool, the ocean, and if timed right the sunset. Reservations are highly recommended through their website.
