House Rules
We want you to enjoy yourself and have an incredible stay and we ask that you kindly recognize that others around you hope to do the same. We ask that you please respect them and the property and note the following guidelines:
• No Smoking Indoors: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• No Parties or Events: To ensure all Village guests enjoy their stay, we do not allow parties or events on the premises.
• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10PM and 7AM to respect our neighbors.
• Occupancy Limit: The property comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.
• Unregistered Guests: For safety and security, only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• Pet Policy: While we love pets, we kindly ask that you leave yours at home.
• Security: For your safety, always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
• Plumbing System: To avoid plumbing issues, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. There is a garbage in each bathroom for everything other than toilet paper.
• Housekeeping: This is a self-catering property. If you would like to arrange for cleaning during your stay, please contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements (cleaning fees will apply).
