Playa Benge

One of the most remote corners of Washington Slagbaai National Park, Playa Benge is a rugged cove that feels worlds away from the island’s busier spots. The shoreline is a mix of coral rubble and stone, with waves breaking just beyond the reef. This is primarily a shore diving site, where the reef quickly drops into deeper water alive with marine life from schools of reef fish to the occasional eagle ray or turtle. With no facilities and a long drive to reach it, you’ll often have the place entirely to yourself, making it a true wild gem for those who seek it out.
