Boka Spelonk

A wild, rocky inlet on Bonaire’s east coast, Boka Spelonk is defined by dramatic limestone cliffs, constant wave action, and the presence of small sea caves along its rugged shoreline. The name “Spelonk” comes from the Dutch word for “cave,” and while a few can be spotted here, exploring them is best done with local guidance due to unpredictable surf. This is not a swimming or snorkeling spot instead, it’s where you come to feel the raw force of the Caribbean and take in one of Bonaire’s most untamed coastal settings.
