Pop's is a gem not to be missed. While the island has steadily developed and modernized, this place still carries some of that laid back, simplistic Caribbean vibe.
Awa Lamunchi (fresh lemonade) is served here with typical local dishes. The best time to visit is the sunset hour, while overlooking the waters of Caracasbaai Bay, listening to the happy sounds of local children taking an evening swim.
