Eagle Beach

Eagle Beach is Aruba’s postcard picture view a wide stretch of white sand that feels open compared to the resort-packed Palm Beach nearby. Gentle waves make it easy for swimming, and it’s a favorite for long walks and sunset views. The famous fofoti trees leaning toward the sea have become some of the island’s most photographed landmarks.
Walk south at golden hour and you’ll catch the iconic scene of the twin fofoti trees against the open horizon one of the most classic Instagram shots on the island. The sand here takes on a pale pink hue just before sunset, a subtle detail that pops in photos. Hopefully no one has set up their tools under the tree; stop by early or late to avoid this it only takes a minute or two to capture the shot.
Several of the bigger resorts line this beach, including the Divi Village, Amsterdam Manor, and Bucuti & Tara. While it feels more spacious than Palm Beach, this is still one of the most popular stretches of sand on the island.
