Pepe Margo is where Aruba’s small-batch spirit scene truly comes to life. Tucked away in the Dakota district, this family-run distillery crafts locally inspired rums, liqueurs, and whiskey-style blends infused with island fruits, herbs, and spices. Inside, rows of polished barrels and copper stills sit behind a tasting counter that feels more like a gathering spot than a tour stop.
Guided visits walk you through the distilling process from fermentation to flavoring and end with samples poured by the distillers themselves. It’s a proud Aruban enterprise built on craftsmanship, tradition, and a love for flavor. A perfect stop for anyone curious about the island’s evolving craft scene.
