This bright pink restaurant in Kura Hulanda is the passion project of owner Lisette, who catches the Lionfish early each morning by scuba-diving for them.
Lionfish have a mild, delicate flavor, between cod and lobster, and are a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids. These Fish are predators and not native to the area, so eating them is a win-win.
Lisette and her team also use the scales of the Lionfish to create jewelry that is available for sale in the restaurant, so it is a win-win-win.
