Haven sits upstairs at Otrobanda West, with one of those views that gives you plenty to look at while you’re having a drink. From the outdoor deck you can see across the harbor to Handelskade and the Queen Emma Bridge, with boats passing in between. Inside is spacious, nicely air-conditioned, and we especially like what they’ve done with the lighting.
Lunch and dinner are actually quite different here. During the day, poke bowls take up a big part of the menu, with plenty of combinations to choose from. Come back for dinner and things shift toward dishes for sharing and a much broader menu. There’s also a large bar, so we like Haven just as much for drinks particularly around sunset when the view across Willemstad starts changing.
