Tuesdays and Fridays are grill nights at Salú. The Big Green Egg gets fired up and the kitchen brings out its barbecue specials freshly grilled and served for dinner at Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort.

It’s a twice-a-week Salú tradition and a good excuse to skip the regular dinner routine. Come hungry, see what is coming off the grill that night, and make dinner the plan.
