Pranayama & Breathwork Course (Opening Session)
BREATHE begins with the first in-person session of this 30-hour Pranayama and Breathwork course led by Jane Bakx. Held at Movements Yoga Studio in Pietermaai, the day introduces participants to the foundations of breathwork, combining traditional pranayama practices with modern breathing techniques.
The course blends in-person learning with guided home practice and online lectures, creating a steady rhythm over two weeks. Expect a small group setting, hands-on guidance, and a calm environment designed for exploring how breath can support relaxation, focus, and overall wellbeing.
