Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
This evening session with Jane Bakx is designed as a slow and restorative reset. The practice begins with gentle Yin Yoga postures held for several minutes, allowing the body to soften, release tension, and create space in the connective tissues. Breathwork is woven into the practice, helping you slow down and settle into a calmer rhythm.
The session then moves into Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation often described as “yogic sleep.” In this deeply restful state between wakefulness and sleep, the body and mind can fully unwind while the nervous system resets. It’s a quiet and nourishing way to end the day, leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed, and refreshed.
