Conscious Connected Breathing
This guided breathwork session with Jane Bakx explores the practice of Conscious Connected Breathing, a technique designed to help shift your physical, emotional, and mental state through the power of the breath. The practice uses a steady rhythm of full inhales and relaxed exhales, allowing the breath to flow continuously and activate the body’s natural intelligence.
As the session unfolds, participants are guided into deeper awareness of the breath and body, creating space for relaxation, clarity, and emotional release. It’s a calm, supportive environment where you can slow down, reconnect, and explore how breathwork can support wellbeing and inner balance.
