Bar de Copa 26 sits at Kuiperstraat 10, tucked into a small space in Hanchi Punda with only 38 seats. It started as a limited World Cup pop-up, reopened, and now feels like the little bar that decided it wasn’t finished yet.
The menu stays deliberately short: five house cocktails, Cajun boiled peanuts and popcorn popped to order. Try the Oranja Boven with Dutch gin, passion fruit and ginger beer, or Tamarindoooo, a sweet-and-sour mix of tequila and tamarind. Come for drinks and a few salty snacks this isn’t pretending to be dinner.
