NASKHO’s Bedside Teaching program is a week-long series focused on how learning actually happens inside clinical settings. Rather than staying in the classroom, the program looks at supervision, psychological safety, hierarchy, inclusion and the everyday moments that shape how students, residents and healthcare teams learn from each other.
The week combines interactive workshops, observation in clinical environments and collaborative planning, with different sessions for faculty, supervisors, residents and students. The goal is to turn those discussions into practical changes that can strengthen the learning culture inside the hospital.
