Halloween takes over Promenade for a full day of family fun, with trick-or-treating throughout the shopping center, cupcake decorating and activities for the kids, plus live music around the mall. The treats aren’t just for little ones either, participating stores will be handing them out throughout the day.
Costumes are definitely encouraged, so this is an easy daytime Halloween plan before the evening parties start.
