Pride Week saves Freskura for the final Saturday. This is Curaçao Pride’s main party the big night after a full week of brunches, art, poetry, community events and the Pride Parade.
Freskura has a reputation for going hard on its themes, performances and dance floor, and Red Light District is the theme for this edition. Exactly what they have planned is still under wraps, which feels pretty on-brand for Freskura. Previous editions have leaned into bold dress-up themes and surprise performances, so this is definitely a night where showing up dressed for the assignment makes sense.
