Tucked into the Elements Hotel in Punda, this is the grill-side sibling to Bistro 91, with charred seafood and meats cooked over live flames and a few nods to Latin-Caribbean flavors. There’s a good balance between meat and fish, so it works well when you have a group split between surf and turf.
Owner Mauricio brings a lot of heart to the place, and you can feel his passion for hospitality in the way guests are welcomed and looked after. That personal attention is a big part of what we like here. And with the location right in Punda, it’s an easy stop before or after wandering around the old city.
