We have to start with the Fish Soup because it’s genuinely one of our favorite dishes on the island. It’s the kind of thing we come back for, and a very good introduction to a restaurant that knows its seafood.
Perla del Mar sits just inside the Waterfort, with a large covered deck overlooking the ocean and an air-conditioned dining room inside. Fresh seafood is the house specialty, and there’s a wonderfully relaxed holiday feel to the place. Get a table by the water, order a drink, and take your time this is a nice one to settle into.
