Punda Vibes gets a Halloween makeover this Thursday, with trick-or-treating for the kids, face painting, art and bouncers added to the usual evening in the streets of Punda. Costumes are very much part of the plan, so this is a good one for families who want to do Halloween without waiting until October 31.
The regular Punda Vibes program still runs through downtown, with shops, terraces and entertainment around the neighborhood.
